Adamson finished in a tie for 60th place at Amistad and that moved him a few spots in the overall Points race, but not enough to make the Classic or the Elite Series - Still - he finished in a very respectable 14th place overall.  Great job Ken.  Looking for you to win the overall points race in '08 and fish in the 2009 Classic.

WRB's Ken Adamson is in a very respectable 51st place after day 1 at Lake Amistad in Del Rio, TX in the last Central BASS Open of 2007.  Ken needs a great finish in order to secure a spot in the BASS Masters Classic.  He's had better day 2's in each open this year and we're hoping the trend continues.   For complete coverage, click HERE.

Good Luck Ken!!

Congratulations to Mr. Carl for the beat down he put on the Stuttgart boys at their year-end classic.  The SBC classic was held at the same place(s) the WRB's Classic was held - Day 1, they launched at the Pendleton bridge and Day 2 was held at Morgan Point.  Several good sacks of fish were weighed in but in the end, it was Mr. Carl hanging on to his Day 1 lead by bringing in the largest Day 2 sack as well and winning by over 2.5 pounds.  Good Job Carl.  WRB's Bobby Locke, Bubba Smith, Dwayne Williams all had good showings as well.

On a 'not so happy' note, several of the guys were staying overnight at the Pendleton Inn and had their boats / trucks broken into.  A couple of guys were completely wiped out and a couple more had several items stolen.  A sad reminder to all fishermen to lock their stuff up if possible.
