Latest Tournament Update:

Thirteen anglers showed up to fish the 2008 WRB Classic Saturday morning, but only a few remained come weigh-in time on Sunday afternoon.  Becoming only the second angler to win the WRB AOY and the Classic in the same year was Ken Adamson.  Ken put two nice limits on the scales and won the tournament going away.  Ken also padded his pocket book by taking the Big Bass award on Day 2.  Congratulations on an awesome performance Ken.  Coming in 2^nd place was Jim Gill.  Jim caught the second largest stringer of the tournament on Saturday and backed that up with four more AR River keepers on Sunday.  Jim also had Big Bass on Day 1.  Grizzled WRB veteran Ken Simpson was the only other angler besides Adamson to bring in a limit both days of the tournament.  Simpson brought in consistent stringers both days.  Ken’s efforts were enough to claim the 3^rd place position.  Rounding out the paying places in 4^th place was Drew Vance.  Vance brought in a limit on Day 1 only to back that effort up with two fish on Day 2.  Congratulations to all the money finishers and thanks to all for another great year!!!
